About the Product

Built for mountain racing and off-road riding, this vest is designed for riders who need weather protection without heavy bulk. It works well in fog, damp air, and cold riding conditions, where front wind resistance and rear ventilation need to work together.

The front panel uses 50D memory-feel fabric, 100% polyester, with a water-repellent finish and a weight of 86 g/m². The back panel uses jacquard mesh, 87% polyester and 13% spandex, with a weight of 145 g/m². Compression is low, quick-dry rate is ≥0.25 g/h, and the fabric provides UPF 50+. In size M, the vest weighs only 88 g, which keeps it light for layering and fast movement.

Main Features

The front panel uses 86 g/m² high-density wind-resistant fabric with a water-repellent finish. This helps reduce direct cold airflow to the chest area and gives basic resistance to surface moisture. For fog, damp air, and cold descents, this front protection is more practical than a standard mesh-only vest.

The back panel uses145 g/m² elastic jacquard meshmade from87% polyester and 13% spandex. Compared with a fully closed-back vest, this structure releases heat faster and improves airflow. For mountain riding and high-output efforts, it helps reduce heat build-up while the front stays more protected.

With anM size weight of 88 g, this vest stays very light and easy to layer over a jersey. The front fabric is86 g/m²and the rear mesh is145 g/m², keeping the garment thin and low in bulk. For riders who want protection without extra weight, this improves usability.

The vest uses a#3 reversed two-way nylon zipperwith a4.5 cm pull cord, making opening and closing easier, especially for larger hands or glove use. The fabric zip guard,1 cm armhole edge, and2 cm elastic rear hem bindinghelp reduce rubbing, neck pinching, and edge roll during movement.

The vest includes1 rear pocketwith a20 cm opening widthand20 cm depth, giving space for small ride essentials. It also includes a1.8 × 5 cm reflective print near the rear pocketand a1 × 7 cm reflective print on the left chestfor better low-light visibility.
