Thank you for choosing Qualicos. We hope you are satisfied with every piece of cycling gear you purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item due to sizing issues or any other reason, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after this period.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • In new condition: The item must be unworn for cycling, unwashed, and free from sweat stains, odors, or any signs of use.
  • Original packaging included: All original tags, packaging bags, and accessories must be kept intact.
  • Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, underwear, cycling socks, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a quality defect.

3. How to Return

Step 1: Request
Please email us at info@qualicos.net with your order number and the reason for your return.

Step 2: Review
Our team will review your request within 24 hours and send you return instructions.

Step 3: Ship Back
Please return the item to the address provided in our email. We recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Quality issues: If the item has a manufacturing defect or we sent the wrong item, Qualicos will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Personal reasons (such as wrong size or change of mind): The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
  • First size exchange benefit: If this is your first exchange due to sizing, we will ship the replacement size to you free of charge.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Delayed refunds: If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account or contact your card issuer, as processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

6. Exchanges

If you would like a different size or color, the fastest option is to return the item and place a new order. Alternatively, you may contact our customer service team for manual exchange assistance.
