3. Order Processing & Timelines

To help you estimate when your package will arrive, please consider both Processing Time and Transit Time.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-08:00) ，Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
  • Order Processing Time: 1-3 Days (Monday – Friday).
  • Transit Time: 3-7 Business Days (Monday – Saturday).

Total Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Qualicos is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages & Missing Packages

If you received your order damaged, or if the tracking indicates "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact our support team at info@qualicos.net or the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
