Qualicos is a factory-direct performance apparel brand focused on the $25–50 price range. We keep the line tight.

We don’t build a large catalog just to look complete. Whether it’s cycling, yoga, triathlon, or swimming, Qualicos focuses on a tight range of proven, high-demand essentials — the bibs, jerseys, base layers, tri suits, yoga sets, and swim skins that athletes actually reach for week in, week out. A focused lineup means we produce at meaningful scale, which lets us negotiate better costs on technical fabrics and trims — and go deeper into each item. We refine the same patterns season after season, improve fabric selection, and control stitching consistency, rather than spreading attention across a catalog nobody needs.

Instead of bouncing between contract manufacturers, Qualicos built its own production system — from technical fabric sourcing and pattern development through to finished goods and quality control. The same team makes the same core products, over and over again — whether that’s a cycling bib engineered for long saddle hours or a tri suit built to move through water, bike, and run without missing a beat. That repetition is what gets fit dialled in, seams cleaner, and quality consistent rather than a lottery. Owning the process gives us direct control over better fabric selection, more stable sizing, tighter construction standards, and faster quality feedback — the details that actually affect how a session feels.

In a traditional supply chain, performance apparel passes through brand aggregators, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers before it reaches you. Each layer adds margin, but not product value. Qualicos cuts out those extra layers and sells direct, so the budget that would have gone to intermediaries goes back into materials and construction instead. Combined with a focused lineup and in-house production, this means athletes get better technical fabrics, better craftsmanship, and more reliable everyday performance — whether they’re on the bike, in the pool, on the mat, or crossing a finish line — at the same $25–50 price point.
