Q: Are your sizes standard fit or race fit?
A: Our products feature a 3D ergonomic cut, which means the pattern is designed around the body’s natural shape and riding posture for a closer fit, fewer wrinkles, and more natural movement. This performance-focused fit is intended to reduce wind resistance and provide better muscle support, so it will feel quite close to the body. If you prefer a more relaxed or casual fit, we strongly recommend referring to the size chart on the product page and choosing one size up.

Q: How should I care for my cycling apparel?
A: To extend the life of your gear, we recommend hand washing in cold water or machine washing in a laundry bag on a gentle cycle. Always air dry naturally. Do not tumble dry, bleach, or iron, as high heat may damage the fabric’s stretch and moisture-wicking performance.

Q: Which countries do you ship to?
A: At this time, our core market is the United States only. Available shipping regions and shipping fees can be viewed in real time at checkout after entering your delivery address.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order after it ships?
A: Order processing usually takes 1–3 business days. After shipment, standard delivery generally takes 3–7 business days. You can track your package at any time using the tracking email we send after dispatch.

Q: Do I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?
A: Any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees that may apply to international orders are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
A: Because we aim to process orders quickly, changes or cancellations are usually possible within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the order has entered the picking or shipping process, we are unable to make changes. In that case, please contact us after delivery for return or exchange assistance.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return or exchange an item if the size does not fit?
A: Yes. We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. Items must be in new condition, with original tags attached, unwashed, free from odors, and without any signs of riding use.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: If the return is due to a product quality issue, we will cover the return shipping cost. If the return or exchange is due to sizing choice or personal preference, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. However, for first-time customers, we offer one free size exchange.

After-sales & Warranty

Q: What should I do if I receive a defective item?
A: We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Please email clear photos of the defective area to info@qualicos.net within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will arrange either a free replacement or a full refund as soon as possible.

Q: Do your products come with a warranty?
A: Yes. Our products are covered by a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, crash damage, or damage caused by improper care.
